The score is not a prediction. It counts how many of the factors the governing statute turns on appear in what you told us. It does not estimate your chance of winning, what your claim is worth, or what any court would do.
Every summary on this site is generated by a large language model. Models misstate law, miss exceptions, and cite provisions that do not say what the model says they say. Laws also change, and a summary you saved months ago may no longer be right. Check anything that matters against the statute itself or with a lawyer before you rely on it.
Where a statute sets out a damages formula, we may show you what that formula produces from the numbers you gave us. That is arithmetic on the statute, not a valuation of your claim. It is not what your case is worth, not what it would settle for, and not what a court would award.
Civil claims expire. If a limitations period runs out, the claim is gone however strong it was. We may tell you a deadline and we may get it wrong. Do not use this site as your only source for a date that matters.
