These terms are between RevenueKit AI LLC (we, us) and the business buying a slot (you). They apply to every slot bought through this site.
One of ten fixed slots, five down each side of the page. The slots are identical in size and treatment. None is larger, higher or better placed than another, which is why there is one price and no auction.
A slot appears on every public page of the site. It does not appear on a reader's private verdict page.
A term is thirty days at 1,000 dollars, or ninety days at 3,000 dollars. The ninety day term buys today's rate outright for three months.
Not when you pay. We read your creative first, usually the same day. The clock starts when the slot goes live, so the time we spend reviewing costs you nothing.
Lawyer advertising is regulated state by state, so every advertisement here is read by a person before it appears.
We may decline creative. If we decline it, you get all of your money back and the slot goes back on sale.
Our reading is for our own site. It is not a legal review of your compliance, and you remain responsible for your own advertising wherever you practise.
If we decline your creative, we refund you in full.
Once your slot is live, the term is not refundable.
If we take your slot down for a reason of our own, we refund the days you did not get. If we take it down because the creative broke these terms, we do not.
The counts shown on the sponsor page come from our own database and describe what has already happened. They are a record, not a forecast, and nothing here promises you any number of views, clicks or enquiries.
You confirm that you may lawfully advertise what you are advertising, in the places you are advertising it, and that everything in your creative is true.
If you are a law firm, you remain responsible for your own bar rules, including any label or disclosure your state requires.
These terms are governed by the law of California, and any dispute belongs to the courts of California.
